Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell to you.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product at any time. Quantities may be limited. If an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Product use and safety

Our heated products run on a low-voltage 5V USB power bank. Please follow the care and use instructions provided: remove the heat controller before washing, do not use the heating function while sleeping, do not use with damaged cables, and keep away from children and anyone unable to operate the controls. Use the product only as intended.

7. Returns, refunds and shipping

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy.

8. Third-party tools and links

We may provide access to third-party tools and links we don't control. We're not responsible for third-party content, products or services. Please review a third party's own policies before using them.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you send us comments, reviews, photos or other content, you grant us the right to use, edit and publish them on our site and marketing, without compensation. You agree your submissions won't be unlawful, abusive or infringe anyone's rights.
